- Tickets purchased are not refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and TicketMonti booking fee will NOT be refunded.

- The Promoter is not held responsible in the event of artist's cancellation and is not required to refund the full face value of the ticket purchased.
- The promoter and/or venue owner reserves the right to refuse admission and/or escort out of the premises any person who does not comply with standards of behaviour and health and safety. In such cases, tickets are not refunded.
- By attending an event you consent to filming, photography and sound recording as a member of the audience, which can be in turn used on social media platforms, print, or any other advertising/non-advertising material.
- By purchasing a ticket you consent to receive promotional material through email, which in turn you can opt out
- The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
- In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, TicketMonti cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
