Join us and be part of the elves’ day-to-day activities like visiting their bakery store and baking your own biscuits, watching them do their laundry, and also go to their hairdresser to get your hair styled in an Elfie way. Besides that, you shall also get the opportunity to visit their own Elfie cinema and watch the newly released movies.

- Tickets purchased are not refundable under any circumstance unless otherwise instructed by the event organiser. In the case of a refund being issued for tickets bought, refund will be issued on the Ticket face value, and TicketMonti booking fee will NOT be refunded.
- Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or unbecoming.
- The Promoter may add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
- The Promoter/Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond his reasonable control.
- In the event of an event being cancelled, postponed or unsatisfactory, or in the event that Buyer is not allowed to watch the event for any reason, TicketMonti cannot be held responsible for any liability including any costs whatsoever incurred by the Buyer in connection with the said event.
- General TicketMonti terms and conditions apply on each purchase.
Black Friday Terms and Conditions
1.The Black Friday offer (‘The Offer’) is offered as a promotion by Mushroom and Mushroom ( ‘we’) to all those that purchase Santa’s World Malta entry tickets as per below specifications referring to clause number 2 between the 22nd of November – 25th November unless extended by us.
2. The Offer - Purchase 2 adult tickets from here and get 1 free kid ticket buy using the code BLACKFRIDAY. The offer applies only when purchasing the above mentioned tickets for the following dates : 7th, 8th and 9th of December 2022. These specific terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promotion of 1 free kid ticket is triggered when you complete an order of €33 or more and apply the BLACKFRIDAY code.
4. We reserve the right to suspend indefinitely or for a definite period, amend/alter/delete or terminate these terms
5. The offer does not apply with already purchases tickets
